Happy Thursday Friends! Today’s video I reviewed the new Mac Cosmetics Fruity Juicy Collection. This collection will be released on May 18th in select stores and online. Now lets get into the swatches!
PURCHASE MAC FRUITY JUICY COLLECTION HERE WHEN IT LAUNCHES: http://bit.ly/2pos1FY
The first lipstick I swatched is called Shy Girl and it retails for $17. Its a gorgeous peachy nude and has a creme sheen formula.
The second lipstick is called Love at First Bite. Its a pretty bright fuschia color. This has a an amplified finish which is very comfortable to wear. I got this one mixed up with the finish on the Si, Si, Me! shade because the info paper was a bit confusing the way it was formatted.
Here are all the four lipsticks in the collection. I thought there were only three but nope there are four lol.
Left to Right: Calm Heat, Shy Girl, Love at First Bite, and Si, Si, Me! $17
Now onto the Creme Sheen Glass Lip Glosses. They retail for $21. This first one is in the shade Cha Cha Cha which is a pretty coral pink shade. I loved the way these felt on the lips. They weren’t tacky or sticky which is amazing.
Here we have La Salsa which is a soft purple. This one has a very comfortable formula as well.
Here are all four of the lip glosses in this collection. Again, I thought there were only three but nope there are four haha.
Left to Right: Cha Cha Cha, Shake Shake Shake!, La Salsa, and Summer Succulence $21
Next up we have the eye shadow palettes! This first one is called Fruit a La La and it retails for $32. It contains 6 eye shadows. This palette is more on the warm side. The colors did not swatch very well with the fingers but they worked well with a brush.
The second palette is called Love in the Glades. This palette is more on the cool toned. I really like the bright teal shade in this palette. Again, these shadows didnt swatch as nicely but with a brush they work a lot better.
There are a total of three eye shadow palettes in this collection.
Top to Bottom: Love in the Glades, Fruit a La La, and Oh My Banana! $32
Next up we have the Refined Golden Bronzing powder which retails for $27. This is already a permanent bronzer in Mac Cosmetics. I wasn’t a fan of the pigmentation in this bronzer. It was very light when swatched and when applied with a brush. This is a pass for me.
Here are both of the bronzers in this collection.
Left to Right: Delicates $33, Refined Golden $27
The last product I received from Mac is the Prep + Prime Fix + in the coconut scent. This retails for $23 and it smells amazing.
The new Mac Fruity Juicy Collection also contains a few other products in the collection such as; Pearl Matte Face Powders, Lustre Drops, Brushes, and Makeup Bag.
Hope you all found this review helpful! Let me know in the comments which products you want to see a dope or nope on next!
